Mega Man 10

Danger! Danger! A worldwide epidemic is going around in the form of Roboenza; a sickness that is affecting robots. And now, with robot-kind out of commission, our way of life is in danger. Dr. Light and Dr. Wily have now teamed up to find a way to end this virus and it looks like Mega Man is ready once again to take the stage and find a way to fix this as well. However, we have eight more robot masters trying to take us down and another evil that will show it’s face later on…please don’t be Dr. Wily. Please!

I decided to attack Mega Man 10 a bit early this year, just on the off chance that we wouldn’t be side-winded (in a good way of course) with another new Mega Man game. However, this is the last Mega Man game (at least for now) that used this classic 8-bit style, so it’s definitely still the end of an era, somewhat.

Strange things are going on once again and Dr. Wily is yet again at the helm of the chaos. A mysterious robot has been found, a weird energy has been discovered, and eight more robot masters have been unleashed. This is Mega Man’s most colorful adventure yet, but can he outlast the evil doctor’s assault and get through extremely cheesy cutscenes with bad voice acting all in the name of everlasting peace?

It’s no secret that I was going to do this game eventually, and it did take me a while to sit down and finally play through it all, but I knew that I had to do it at some point, and before I started on any other big projects, I figured it was time to get it out of the way. This is probably my least favorite Mega Man game, at the time of uploading this project, but it’s still worth a gander at for sure. Just hope you have good luck finding it or the Anniversary Collection.

Mega Man 7

When people think of Mega Man on the SNES, they think of the beginning of the Mega Man X series. However, the original series did have one game on the system too in the form of Mega Man 7. Dr. Wily finds a way to escape prison again and has started causing trouble all over the city. On top of that, a strange robot named Bass is also causing trouble. Time for Mega Man to get into action!

Not much to say here; I wanted to do a small project before Super Mario Galaxy started and I felt like Mega Man was the way to go, especially since my usual choice, Sonic, was already used the previous month. Kinda cool though that I’m almost done with the classic series. Although, that also means I may have to look into some other games of the series as well.
